This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the GoDitach Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining the Program, you ("Affiliate," "You" or "you") agree to comply with these terms and conditions set forth by GoDigital2Achieve Ltd. ("GoDitach," "we," "us," or "our").
GoDitach reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure compliance.
To apply, you must provide accurate and truthful information.Approval is at GoDitach’s sole discretion, and we reserve the right to reject applications for any reason.Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer protection, data protection, and anti-spam regulations.Affiliates must act in good faith and maintain ethical marketing practices at all times.Participation in the Program does not establish any form of partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Affiliate and GoDitach.
3. Commission Structure & Payments
Affiliates earn 10-15% recurring commission for each new customer referred through their unique affiliate link.Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis and paid out once the referred customer has maintained an active subscription for at least 45 days.The minimum payout threshold is $50. Any unpaid earnings below this threshold will roll over to the next month.Payments are processed via a third-party payment provider. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details. Commissions are not earned for:Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions.Customers who cancel their subscriptions before the 45-day qualification period.Customers who request refunds.Any activity that violates the terms of this Agreement. GoDitach reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time with prior notice. In the event of disputes over commission attribution, GoDitach will make the final decision at its sole discretion.
Affiliates must adhere to the highest standards of
ethics and transparency
when promoting GoDitach.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines, GDPR, and other applicable laws.No false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about GoDitach’s products or services.All promotions must be fact-based, truthful, and verifiable.
Unsolicited emails, social media spam, misleading paid ads, and deceptive marketing tactics are strictly prohibited.No fraudulent traffic generation, cookie stuffing, or bot-generated sales.No misleading pop-ups, redirects, or forced clicks to generate referrals.
Affiliates may only use approved GoDitach logos, branding materials, and promotional content.Unauthorized modification of branding, logos, or assets is strictly prohibited.Affiliates may not register domain names, social media pages, or advertising accounts that impersonate GoDitach or its employees.
Running paid advertisements using GoDitach’s brand name, trademarks, or bidding on competitor terms is not allowed.Affiliates must not engage in negative marketing, defamation, or misleading comparisons with competitors.Offering unauthorized discounts, incentives, cashbacks, or rewards to prospects is prohibited.Affiliates may not resell GoDitach services without prior written approval.Misrepresenting GoDitach as a "get rich quick" opportunity is strictly prohibited.Testimonials, endorsements, and user-generated content must comply with advertising regulations.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of earnings
GoDitach retains exclusive ownership of all branding materials provided to Affiliates.Affiliates are strictly prohibited from altering, modifying, or creating derivative works using GoDitach’s trademarks, logos, or brand assets.Unauthorized use of intellectual property, deceptive domain registrations, impersonation, or unauthorized partnerships will result in legal action.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.GoDitach reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts for violations such as:Fraudulent activity.Unethical marketing practices.Misrepresentation of the GoDitach brand.Affiliates who are terminated due to policy violations forfeit all earned commissions.GoDitach may remove an affiliate without prior notice if fraudulent or harmful behavior is detected.
GoDitach does not guarantee earnings or success as an affiliate.We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business disruptions due to participation in the Program.GoDitach reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time without liability.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom.Disputes must first be resolved through good faith negotiations.If a resolution is not reached, disputes shall be settled through mediation before pursuing litigation.Class-action lawsuits are waived, meaning disputes must be settled on an individual basis.
Affiliates must protect all confidential and proprietary information provided by GoDitach.Customer data, personal information, and affiliate commissions must be handled in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy laws.Any breach of confidentiality or misuse of customer data will result in legal action and immediate removal from the Program.
By joining the GoDitach Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms outlined in this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not participate in the Program.
