1. Purpose of This Policy


This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules governing payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund eligibility for all services provided by GoDigital2Achieve Ltd (“GoDitach”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

This Policy covers all GoDitach-branded platforms, including but not limited to GoDitach, Starring, ScalePro, ScaleProTürkiye, and all associated subdomains and service pages.


GoDitach is a UK-registered company. The English version of this Policy is the legally binding version.


2. Subscription Billing


All GoDitach services operate on a recurring subscription model. Fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Some services may allow payments at the end of a billing cycle depending on the selected plan.


All payments are processed in the currency shown at checkout.


3. Refund Policy


3.1 Standard Refund Rule


All bundle sales are final. GoDitach does not issue refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions once a billing cycle has started.


3.2 No Refunds for Partial Usage


If a customer discontinues use before the cycle ends, no prorated or partial refunds will be provided.


3.3 No Refunds for Third-Party Costs


Advertising budgets, messaging fees (SMS, WhatsApp), WhatsApp subscription fees, email credits, API usage charges, and all external integration costs are non-refundable.

Any fees billed directly by third-party service providers are also strictly non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

Customers may cancel their GoDitach subscription at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to:

4.2 Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Access remains active until the current cycle ends.

GoDitach reserves the full right to block or suspend access immediately if necessary for security or policy reasons.


No mid-cycle refunds will be issued.


5. Customer Responsibility for Third-Party Subscriptions


Many GoDitach services require customers to activate and pay for third-party tools using their own credit card or payment method. These may include, without limitation:


• Meta / Facebook advertising budgets

• WhatsApp Business messaging fees and subscriptions

• SMS carrier fees

• Email sending credits

• Google Ads budgets

• SEO tools or other third-party applications provided through GoDitach

• External API usage

• Any subscription-based add-ons billed directly to the customer

These charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If a customer terminates their GoDitach service, the customer is solely responsible for cancelling all related third-party subscriptions directly from their own bank accounts and/or dashboards.

Failure to cancel may result in continued billing by those providers.

GoDitach cannot access, modify, or cancel these services on the customer’s behalf.


The customer must inform GoDitach in writing at [email protected] once all external cancellations have been completed.


GoDitach is not responsible for any costs, losses, or continued charges resulting from the customer’s failure to cancel third-party services.


6. Non-Refundable Fees


The following fees are strictly non-refundable:


• Platform subscription fees

• Messaging and subscription fees (SMS, WhatsApp, email)

• Meta / Facebook ads spend

• Google Ads spend

• SEO costs

• API usage fees

• Add-ons purchased with the customer’s own credit card

• Implementation or setup fees

• One-time service charges

• Professional services or custom work

• System onboarding and setup fees


7. Account Termination by GoDitach


If GoDitach suspends or terminates an account due to:

• violation of Terms of Service

• spam or abuse

• illegal activity

• system misuse

no refunds will be issued.


8. Changes to This Policy


GoDitach may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Müşteri bir abonelik başlattığında, ücretler her faturalandırma döneminin başında otomatik olarak tahsil edilir.

Bazı planlarda dönem sonu ödeme yapılması mümkündür.


Tüm ödemeler, ödeme ekranında belirtilen para biriminde tahsil edilir.


3. İade Politikası


3.1 Standart İade Kuralı


Tüm paket satışları kesindir.

Bir faturalandırma dönemi başladıktan sonra aylık veya yıllık abonelikler için iade yapılmaz.


3.2 Kısmi Kullanımda İade Yoktur

Müşteri dönemi tamamlamadan hizmeti kullanmayı bırakırsa, dönemsel veya orantılı iade yapılmaz.


3.3 Üçüncü Taraf Ücretlerinde İade Yoktur


Reklam bütçeleri, SMS/WhatsApp mesaj ücretleri, WhatsApp aboneliği ücretleri, e-posta kredileri, API kullanımları ve harici entegrasyonlardan doğan tüm ücretler iade edilmez.

Üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılar tarafından tahsil edilen hiçbir ücret geri ödenmez.


4. İptal Politikası


4.1 İptal Nasıl Yapılır


Müşteriler aboneliklerini şu adrese yazılı olarak ileterek iptal edebilirler:

4.2 İptalin Etkinleşme Tarihi


İptal, mevcut fatura döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.

Müşteri, dönem bitimine kadar erişime sahip olmaya devam eder.

GoDitach, güvenlik veya politika gereği erişimi derhal engelleme hakkını saklı tutar.


Dönem ortasında iade yapılmaz.


5. Üçüncü Taraf Aboneliklerinden Müşterinin Sorumluluğu

GoDitach’ın müşteri adına bu abonelikleri iptal etme yetkisi yoktur.


Müşteri, bu iptalleri tamamladıktan sonra [email protected] adresine yazılı bildirim yapmakla yükümlüdür.


Müşterinin üçüncü taraf abonelikleri iptal etmemesinden kaynaklanan hiçbir ücret, kayıp veya zarardan GoDitach sorumlu değildir.

• Sistem onboarding ve kurulum ücretleri


7. GoDitach Tarafından Hesap Kapama


Aşağıdaki durumlarda hesap kapatılırsa:


• Hizmet Şartları ihlali

• Spam veya kötüye kullanım

• Yasadışı faaliyet

• Sistem kötüye kullanımı


hiçbir iade yapılmaz.


8. Politika Değişiklikleri


GoDitach bu politikayı dilediği zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar.

Hizmetin kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, güncellenmiş şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
