1. Introduction

This Sub-Processor List identifies the third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors”) that GoDigital2Achieve Ltd (“GoDitach”, “we”, “us”, “our”) engages to support the technical operation, hosting, messaging, automation, and delivery of GoDitach-branded services, including Starring and ScalePro.

This document forms an integral part of the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

The English version is the legally binding version.

2. Role of Sub-Processors

Sub-Processors assist GoDitach with:

• secure cloud hosting

• database management

• automation processing

• email, SMS, and WhatsApp delivery

• analytics and performance monitoring

• backup and reliability infrastructure

• payment processing

• customer support tools

Each Sub-Processor processes data strictly for operational delivery and only under GoDitach’s instructions.

3. GoDitach Internal Integrations

GoDitach may use certain third-party automation tools (for example, Make or Zapier) to ensure that workflows, integrations, and platform operations function smoothly.

When used by GoDitach internally, these tools are covered under this Sub-Processor List.

However, when customers independently connect their own third-party services, those services become the customer’s own Sub-Processors, and GoDitach has no liability over those integrations.

5. Customer-Owned Integrations

If the customer connects their own integrations (such as Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, Facebook Lead Ads, or other third-party applications), those services become the customer’s own Sub-Processors.

The customer is solely responsible for:

• permissions and consents

• the legal basis of processing

• configuration, accuracy, and security

• compliance with GDPR/KVKK/CCPA

GoDitach is not responsible for data processed through customer-owned tools.

6. Changes to This List

GoDitach may update this Sub-Processor List when adding or replacing vendors.

Where required by law, GoDitach will notify customers in advance of material changes.
